Review My TOS

To ensure a smooth and transparent process for both parties, please review my Terms of Service before ordering. The TOS explains how commissions are handled, including payment, revisions, and usage rights. By moving forward with a commission, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

ꪜ Qualified References

References consist of clear, high-quality visual images or well-organized moodboards that accurately represent the character you are commissioning. These may include official artwork, character sheets, screenshots, or previous illustrations, as well as curated moodboards that communicate the character’s appearance, color palette, outfit, and overall mood. References should be consistent and easy to interpret.

✘ What Is Not Accepted

Written descriptions without accompanying visual references are not accepted, nor are vague concepts, incomplete ideas, or unclear direction. Low-resolution, blurry, conflicting, or frequently changing references are not accepted, as they can compromise accuracy and workflow. AI-generated images, stolen artwork are also not accepted. Requests that lack qualified references may be declined or placed on hold until appropriate visual materials are provided.

! Rush Orders

Rush commissions may be available depending on my current workload. Requests for expedited completion must be discussed in advance and will include an additional fee. While I do my best to meet agreed deadlines, availability is limited to ensure quality and fair scheduling.

Usage Rights

All commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. Personal use includes sharing the artwork on social media, using it for icons or banners, and printing the artwork for personal display or as a personal gift, with credit to the artist where applicable. The artist retains full copyright and may display the work in portfolios or promotional materials.Any use involving resale, mass distribution, branding, merchandise, or profit of any kind is considered commercial use and requires prior approval and an additional licensing fee.
